June 19 - July 22, 2024A process-orientated artisticproject by Andrea Acosta (CO/Berlin) and Seçil Yersel (TR/Berlin)
Acosta & Yersel’s working area; Berlin & its surroundings, a dense, pluralistic fabric.
This hybridity serves both artists as a starting point, both stroll for several weeks through
topographical enclaves and cultivated greenery. Characterized by curiosity and chance,
they make contact with nature, fellow human beings and materials, taking time for each other.
What vibrations are buzzing here, what connotations do these encounters carry,
what do they convey, what interactions (and dependencies) do these "encounters'' reveal?
But above all: Movement (change) and encounters strengthen the social fabric.

Ein Prozessorientiertesprojekt von Andrea Acosta (CO/Berlin) und Seçil Yersel (TR/Berlin)
Acostas und Yersels Arbeitsfeld: Berlin und Umgebung, ein dichtes, pluralistisches Gewebe.
Diese Hybridität dient den beiden Künstlerinnen als Ausgangspunkt, beide spazieren
mehrere Wochen lang durch topografische Enklaven und kultivierte Grünanlagen.
Geprägt von Neugier und Zufall nehmen sie Kontakt zur Natur, zu Mitmenschen und
Materialien auf und nehmen sich Zeit füreinander. Welche Schwingungen schwirren hier,
welche Konnotationen tragen diese Begegnungen, was vermitteln sie, welche Wechselwirkungen
(und Abhängigkeiten) offenbaren diese "Begegnungen"? Aber vor allem:
Bewegung (Veränderung) und Begegnungen stärken das soziale Gefüge.
